Cooking for the Caribbean Team

We are a group of chefs and industry professionals dedicated to restoring lives, raising funds, and sharing our resources to help those affected by natural disasters in the Caribbean. William is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, North Miami 2002, Culinary Arts. He worked for several years at The Ritz-Carlton in Key Biscayne, Florida before accepting a position at Sea Island Resorts as staff photographer. In 2011, William moved to St. Thomas to open Mango Media, a photo/web/print company specializing in the hospitality industry.
