Cooking for the Caribbean Team
We are a group of chefs and industry professionals dedicated to restoring lives, raising funds, and sharing our resources to help those affected by natural disasters in the Caribbean. William is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, North Miami 2002, Culinary Arts. He worked for several years at The Ritz-Carlton in Key Biscayne, Florida before accepting a position at Sea Island Resorts as staff photographer. In 2011, William moved to St. Thomas to open Mango Media, a photo/web/print company specializing in the hospitality industry. William is grateful to have worked with the following chefs and industry professionals throughout his career. We all thank you for your support!
William is a resident of the BVI and is currently based in Georgia to organize events for the CFC.
Nelson, a Puerto Rico native is Executive Chef at the San Antonio Country Club, Texas.
David is Executive Chef at Surfsong Villa Resort on Beef Island in the British Virgin Islands.

Jennifer Carroll is chef/partner at Requin, a French Mediterranean restaurant in Merrifield, Va.
Billy is currently Sous Chef at Kapnos Taverna in Arlington, Virginia.
